More About our Villa...

We purchased this great villa from a great couple (she almost cried at the closing, but they needed a bigger place for the grand kids), who did a fabulous job of remodeling in 2003. We are rated 5 STAR by our Property Management Company.

We live on The Island and love it so much that we couldn't help but want others to come share.

We have owned our house here for about 16 years (right before Hurricane Hugo hit - good thinking on our part!). We planned and planned and finally moved here permanently about 2 years ago from Fairfield County Connecticut.

  
The Living Room is done in warm denim with custom valances and quality wood blinds --easy to raise to catch the ocean view. Unit is corner so includes one extra window.


And we're loving it! Come join us in the Isle of Palms...if only for a vacation - and come back again soon!

  The Bedroom has been totally refurbished and redecorated. It is lovely and also has a great view of the pool and the ocean.

   Porch is the greatest - accessed by both the bedroom and the living room...this is the greatest! Screened and overlooking the ocean and the pool. Be cool even on the warmest South Carolina Evenings...or bundle up and enjoy even on the coolest South Carolina Days! (this picture is at night)
 
The Entryway contains a desk and coat rack and best of all a fun daybed for extra sleeping or simply enjoying a good book as you gaze at the ocean.   The beach and the view...from the bedroom, living room, kitchen, entry, and of course, the porch! (ah, too bad, the eating area only has a view of the golf course!)
 
  Bathroom has been fully remodeled with a large shower.   The breakfast nook is in the back of the villa and has a lovely view of the golf course.
